Broadmoor Golf Links, located in Fletcher, North Carolina, is a public golf course originally designed by acclaimed architect Karl Litten and opened in 1993. The course had established itself as a valued fixture in the local golfing community until Hurricane Helene caused significant flooding damage in 2024.

Following the devastation, Broadmoor underwent a comprehensive redesign by Zeke C. Cooper, Lee Marshall, and Justin Carlton, who preserved Litten's original vision while modernizing the layout and infrastructure to enhance resilience. The reconstruction incorporated improvements to fairways, greens, and overall course systems.

The revitalized course is positioned as an accessible public facility with affordable green fees, appealing to golfers of all skill levels in the Asheville area. The facility now includes modern amenities such as golf simulators, a pro shop, and The Bevy Bar & Grill restaurant, expanding its appeal beyond traditional golf.

Broadmoor Links serves as both a recreational golf destination and community gathering space, designed to accommodate golfers and families for generations to come. The course represents a blend of historical design appreciation and contemporary golf facility standards.
