Blue Hill Golf Course is a 27-hole municipal golf facility located in Pearl River, in the Town of Orangetown, New York, approximately 20 miles north of New York City. The course overlooks scenic Lake Tappan and features three distinct 9-hole layouts: the Pines, Woodland, and Lakeside courses. Originally established in 1906 as part of a summer estate owned by New York City businessman Montgomery Maze, the course's first holes were built around 1906, with the full 18 holes completed by 1920, making it Rockland County's oldest golf course.
The course spans 9,560 yards with a par of 72 and offers varying difficulty across its three nines, with challenging yet reachable par 5s, strategic par 4s, and picturesque par 3s. The slope rating for the Pines/Woodland combination is 126. Multiple tee options—Blue for advanced players, White for average players, Red for ladies, and Gold for seniors—accommodate golfers of all skill levels.
Blue Hill is a public course available to all players, with preferential tee times and rates for Town of Orangetown residents. The facility includes practice amenities such as a driving range and putting greens, and features an onsite clubhouse with dining options and a pro shop.
