The 18-hole Big Beaver Creek course features 7,073 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. Designed by Dennis Bloomfield, the course opened in 1994. The course rating is 73.5 and it has a slope rating of 126. The course is located in the beautiful rolling terrain of southern Ohio set at the foot hills of the Appalachian Mountains, with breathtaking views, abundant wildlife (American Bald Eagle, Deer, owl, red fox, etc.), gorgeous sunsets, all in a friendly quiet atmosphere.
The course features narrow tree-lined fairways with medium-sized and fast greens. Ponds come into play on several holes, including on #5, a 465-yard, par 4, which dares you to cut the corner on the dogleg left fairway and carry your shot over water to the well-bunkered green. The course features 4 sets of tees for different skill levels.
The course is home of 2022 OHSAA DIII Boys & Girls Sectional Tournament and 2023, 2024, & 2025 OHSAA DIII Boys Sectional Tournament.
