Belmont Golf Course (The Villages) ☆ Follow

Belmont is a 9-hole executive golf course featuring 1,692 yards from the longest tees with a par of 28. The course was designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton and opened in 2004. Located behind the Pimlico Recreation Center off Belvedere Boulevard, the course is situated in The Villages, a large 55+ active adult community in central Florida. The course features three sets of tees for different skill levels, and while navigable from forward tee markers, a round from the back placement will challenge any golfer.

Classified as a Level 4 course, Belmont represents the highest difficulty rating among The Villages' executive courses. From the first hole, golfers are met with shots that demand accuracy with little room for error. The greens are bermuda grass, and the course is set within The Villages' natural landscape. The course underwent significant renovations, with new greens, tees, fairways and landscape improvements completed through a capital improvement project.
