Bayonet & Black Horse comprises two championship 18-hole courses on California's Monterey Peninsula. Bayonet is a par-72, 7,104-yard layout featuring narrow playing corridors and steep, penal bunkering, widely regarded as the most difficult test of golf on the Monterey Peninsula. It offers strategic playing options alongside its challenging design. Black Horse, also par-72 at 7,024 yards, provides sweeping vistas of the Pacific Ocean. The course is characterized by fescue-framed fairways, bunkers with distinctive serrated edges, and slickly-contoured greens. The par-3 15th hole, facing the bay, stands out as a signature hole and is considered among the Peninsula's finest. Together, the two courses are promoted as "the best 36 holes on Monterey Bay." Located at 1 McClure Way in Seaside, California, the facility offers a 36-hole special package and serves as a venue for tournaments and special events throughout the year.
