The course showcases characteristic Jones design elements, including elevated tees and strategically positioned bunkers protecting nearly every green. The terrain presents significant challenges through uphill, dogleg holes that demand longer club selections on approach shots. Notable features include the 15th hole where water hazards come into play multiple times, and the par-3 17th hole, which is surrounded by five bunkers requiring precise club selection.
