Designed by architect Bland Pittman, the course is woven through gently rolling hills, native grasses, and scenic water features. Bailey Ranch is an 18-hole championship course with a par of 72 and yardage of 6,261 from the white tees and 6,726 from the blue tees, with a course rating of 73.1 and slope of 132. The course was built in 1993 and is located just minutes north of Tulsa in Owasso.
The layout unfolds across a mix of tree-lined fairways, open meadows, and water-lined holes that require smart club selection. A full practice facility complete with green side bunkers allows warming up properly for the par 72 round of golf. The course offers four sets of tees so the golfer can choose just how challenging they would like to make their round. The par three 17th hole has been labeled as one of the "Five Great Holes You Should Play" by the Tulsa World in its 2007 Golf Guide, with water prominently featured on this signature hole providing an element of beauty while presenting a great challenge.
Bailey Ranch is the host of the National Golf Associations NGA Hooters Pro Tour. Golf Digest lists Bailey Ranch Golf Club as one of the top 10 places you can play golf in Oklahoma.
