Arizona Biltmore Estates Course

The all-new Estates Course at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club is an 18-hole championship layout redesigned by Tom Lehman and the Lehman Design Group, opening in November 2023 on the former Adobe Course site. The course features beautifully contoured fairways, improved green complexes, and white sand bunkers throughout, with over 400 newly planted trees defining playing corridors.

Located in the iconic Biltmore neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona, the course offers scenic views including Piestewa Peak and the historic Wrigley Mansion as backdrops. The layout stretches from 4,302 yards (Green tees) to 6,669 yards (Black tees) with ratings ranging from 61.3 to 72.0 and slopes from 101 to 128, accommodating all skill levels.

The par-72 course presents varied challenges, including risk-reward par 5s, strategically bunkered par 4s, and deceiving par 3s. Notable design elements include elevated greens with complex undulations, fairway bunkers requiring strategic club selection, and water hazards on select holes. The course incorporates a modern, high-tech irrigation system for water conservation. Multiple tee options provide flexibility for different playing abilities and distances.
