The course was built in 1996 and features a par 35-36 layout spanning approximately 2,300-2,930 yards depending on the tee selection. The course is designed over two distinct plateaus, with three holes situated on one elevated plateau and the remaining six holes positioned on a lower plateau.

The layout is relatively flat overall and features numerous trees and dogleg fairways particularly on the lower six holes. The course is notable for having no sand bunkers or water hazards, providing an accessible playing experience.
