The Algonquin Golf Course, established in 1894, is a seaside course located in St. Andrews, New Brunswick, adjacent to Passamaquoddy Bay. Originally reworked in the 1920s by legendary architect Donald Ross, the course was recently redesigned by acclaimed Canadian architect Rod Whitman, who restructured bunkers and repositioned key holes to enhance their connection to the ocean.
The 18-hole course is ranked among Canada's top public courses, placing 13th on SCOREGolf's 2025 Top 59 Public Courses list and 45th in the 2024 SCOREGolf Top 100. It offers playability for golfers of all skill levels while providing substantial challenge for experienced players.
