Barren View Golf Course

Barren View Golf Course is a nine-hole, par 35 links-style course located in Jonesboro on the Maine coast. Playing to 5,622 yards from the back tees, the course features fully-irrigated, well-maintained fairways. The layout offers a true links experience suited for golfers of all skill levels, with the coastal setting and terrain providing natural challenges characteristic of the links style.

The facility includes a practice range, putting green, and practice sand trap to help golfers prepare. The course accommodates both walking and cart play, with rental carts available. A pro shop offers equipment from major brands including Titleist, TaylorMade, Srixon, Cleveland, Bridgestone, and Callaway, along with a snack bar. The course operates seasonally from early April through mid-November, seven days a week without requiring advance tee times. Play begins at 7 a.m., with the last tee time two hours before sunset. The course welcomes both membership holders and daily greens fees players.
