Aigi Country Club is a 27-hole golf course located in Kani, Gifu Prefecture, Japan. The facility is divided into three distinct nine-hole courses: the Nakayama Course, the Higashi Course, and the Nishi Course. The Nakayama and Higashi courses were designed by Yoshiichi Murakami and opened in July 1964, while the Nishi Course, designed by Yoshimasa Abe, was added in May 1974. The total course area spans 1.08 million square meters, with a combined yardage of 10,362 yards. The course offers various tee combinations to accommodate different skill levels, with ratings ranging from 66.4 for the Platinum and Ladies tees to 74.8 for the Championship tees on the Nakayama-Higashi combination. The layout is designed to challenge golfers across a variety of terrains, featuring a mix of long and short holes that test driving accuracy and approach play. The club utilizes an electromagnetic induction guided cart system to assist players in navigating the expansive grounds. Aigi Country Club has a rich history of hosting significant amateur and professional tournaments. It served as the venue for the golf competition (women's division) during the 67th National Sports Festival of Japan in 2012 and hosted the Japan Sports Masters 2019 Gifu Clear Stream Tournament in 2019. The club has also been a regular host for the Chubu Open Golf Championship, the Chubu Amateur Golf Championship, and the All Japan University Golf Super League. The facility includes a restaurant that can accommodate 180 guests and four competition rooms named after local mountains.
