The Open Senior (55+) BetterBall Competition is open to male golfers aged 55 and over, playing in pairs (2-player teams) in a four-ball betterball format at Prestatyn Golf Club's 18-hole championship course, Marine Road, Prestatyn, LL19 7HS. Tee times run from 08:36 onwards on 20 August 2026. Entrants must hold a handicap of 28 or less. The visitor entry fee is £25.00 per player (member rate: £12.50). Online booking is available via the BRS Golf platform. Cancellations must be made in writing or by email more than 14 days before the competition to qualify for a refund; cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Standard dress code applies: no denims or football/rugby tops; tailored shorts are permitted. Soft-spike golf shoes are required on the course.
