4-person scramble (best shot format) using 8-inch cups. 18 holes of golf with cart included. 10 am shotgun start. Flighted scoring and prizes. Entry fee is $70 per person ($280 per team). Registration opens September 8 at 8 am and is available online only. All tournaments require prepayment. Refunds are only given if the golf course cancels the tournament. Any beverage orders before the tournament begins must be pre-ordered; details are emailed to team captains approximately 5 days before the event. Tournament pins may be in challenging positions and tees may be set to lengthen playing yardages compared to a standard non-tournament day.

Woodland Hills Golf Course is an 18-hole regulation course located on the north side of Des Moines, Iowa, offering convenient access via I-35 and I-80. This shorter layout provides a quick alternative for those with limited time. The clubhouse provides amenities including snacks, beverages, and golf supplies. Woodland Hills hosts tournaments and leagues throughout the season, including scramble events and twilight league play. The facility also accommodates private golf outings with professional event staff available to coordinate customized experiences for groups.
