4-person scramble tournament played over 18 holes with cart, GPS unit with Bluetooth speaker, flighted scoring, and prizes. Shotgun start at 10 am for the October 3 and October 11 events. Entry fee is $70 per person ($280 per team). Prepayment required; refunds only issued if the course cancels the tournament. Pre-ordered beverages available before the tournament begins - details emailed to team captains approximately 5 days before the event. Registration opens September 8, 2026 at 8 am via online registration only. Tournament payouts are based on field size. October 11 is one of three dates in the Fall 8-Inch Cup series (October 3, 10, and 11). For the October 10 event, tee times are available from 7:30 am to 2 pm with a different format (one 4-inch cup and one 8-inch cup on greens, players choose which to play).

Woodland Hills Golf Course is an 18-hole regulation course located on the north side of Des Moines, Iowa, offering convenient access via I-35 and I-80. In addition to the main course, Woodland Hills features an Executive 9 course consisting of seven par-3 holes and two par-4 holes, allowing players to complete a full round in approximately one hour. This shorter layout provides a quick alternative for those with limited time. The course is equipped with practice facilities including a pitching green and putting green to help golfers refine their skills. The clubhouse provides amenities including snacks, beverages, and golf supplies. Woodland Hills hosts tournaments and leagues throughout the season, including scramble events and twilight league play. The facility also accommodates private golf outings with professional event staff available to coordinate customized experiences for groups.
