Sponsor Cup open competition held at Higashizao Golf Club (Miyagi Prefecture) on 2 September 2026 (Wednesday), sponsored by Takara Shuzo. Entry is free. The competition covers the front 9 holes (half-round competition). Scoring is by the Double Peoria method (a hidden-hole handicap system). To participate, players must enter their scores into the cart navigation system (Cart Navi) by 12:15 after completing the front 9 holes — registration via the cart navigation system constitutes competition entry. Specific details such as which tees to use are posted on the day at the Master's Room noticeboard. There is no prize ceremony; winners collect their prizes at the front desk upon checkout. Solo entries are welcome; the club will arrange groupings for single players. The competition requires a minimum of 2 participants to proceed.
