4-ball team open charity golf day in aid of the Macmillan Trust, held at Royal North Devon Golf Club (Westward Ho!, Devon). Teams of 4 players, 2 scores to count, aggregate stableford (A/C). Entry fee is £240 per team. All players must hold a CONGU competition handicap and a CDH ID number; maximum handicap is 28 for men and 36 for ladies. Online entry available via the club website; signup closes at 7:00am on 11 July 2026. Ties decided on countback. Scores must be entered via the club's Player Score Input (PSI) equipment in the foyer on the day.

Royal North Devon Golf Club is England's oldest golf course, designed by Old Tom Morris in 1864. Located on 170 acres of Northam Burrows common land near Westward Ho! in Devon, the course offers authentic links golf with distinctive characteristics shaped by its coastal setting. The layout features challenging holes defined by huge dunes interspersed with flat fairways and vast bunkers, creating varied terrain across 650 acres of common land. The course gained its "Royal" designation in 1867 when the Prince of Wales, later King Edward VII, became patron. Known for its unique and demanding character, particularly in windy conditions, Royal North Devon presents a stern test despite being described as surprisingly forgiving. The conditioning is consistently excellent, with greens maintained to championship standards. Notable views extend toward the Bristol Channel and Lundy Island. The club maintains its historical significance while offering modern facilities and welcoming both members and visitors. The course's distinctive combination of natural landscape features and strategic bunkering creates holes that are unlike those found at most other courses.
