Coolamatong Ladies' Open Weekend is a two-day ladies and juniors event open to all players with a GA handicap of 0-45, sponsored by the Banjo Paterson Inn. Saturday 24 October is a 4BBB Stableford with a $20 entry fee that includes lunch, offering 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes. Sunday 25 October is the Coolamatong Ladies 18 hole Open Stroke with a $40 entry fee that includes morning tea and lunch, with prizes for the Open champion, Scratch and runner-up in Division 1 and Division 2, Nett winners in Divisions 1, 2 and 3, and Long drive in each division, plus near pins on all par 3s. Coolamatong Snowy Mountains Country Club operates an 18-hole par-71 golf course located 2km outside Berridale on the Kosciuszko Road towards Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains region. The course measures 5829 metres for members and features two distinct nine-hole sections with differing characteristics. For ladies, the course plays as par-72 at 5485 metres. Despite its modest length, the course presents a challenging test of golf with excellent greens and interesting hole design. The facility welcomes social golfers seven days a week and hosts member competitions every Sunday and Wednesday, with visiting golfers from other clubs holding GA handicaps welcome to participate. The club also organizes special event days including charity and trade days for social players. Founded in 1952, Coolamatong held its first competition on 18 April 1953. Recent facility improvements include a new clubhouse deck added in 2025 overlooking the course. The adjoining Berridale Town Club provides dining and social amenities.
