Mercedes Benz After Work Golf Cup

The Mercedes-Benz After Work Golf Cup is a 9-hole individual Stableford competition played on holes 1-9 of the Frontnine course at Kurhessischer Golfclub Oberaula-Bad Hersfeld. The event is specifically designed for working golfers who seek a sporting challenge but have limited time for full-day rounds. Open to all amateur golfers who are members of a club affiliated with the German Golf Association (DGV) or an equivalent national golf federation, and who hold amateur status. Registration is exclusively digital via www.awgc.de; direct registration at the club is not possible. The entry fee is 10 EUR for adults and youth. Guests (non-registered participants) pay the green fee plus 5 EUR. The deadline for registration is Thursday, 24 September 2026 at 18:00. Tee times start at 17:00 with a cannon start. Men play from the yellow tees and women from the red tees. Players are grouped into medium, high, and low handicap groups. Prizes are awarded for 1st Brutto, 1st-3rd Netto, and Nearest to the Dream, with a special prize for Hole in One. National gross and net rankings are maintained on www.awgc.de for all registered participants. The tournament is handicap-relevant and played under the Official Golf Rules of the German Golf Association, the club's course rules, and the Mercedes-Benz framework regulations, using the World Handicap System.
