The Vets Monthly Medal is an 18-hole single stableford competition held on the first Monday of every month at 7:00am. Visitors are very welcome to turn up at 8:00am for a draw with an 8:30am shotgun start. Call the pro-shop for more details. This is a monthly medal competition for veteran golfers at Maclean Golf Club.

The course offers interactive hole-by-hole information and flyover videos for members and visitors planning their rounds. Maclean Golf Club hosts regular competitions, including the annual Maclean Open, and maintains a full competition calendar throughout the year. The club accommodates various membership categories including junior, women's, and veteran golfers, along with corporate and sponsorship packages for interested parties.
