The West of England Amateur Ladies Open Championship Round 1 is a ladies' individual strokeplay competition held at Bath Golf Club. Entries are accepted from ladies golfers (visitors/non-members welcome as this is an Open championship). The event is played from the white tees with a 95% handicap allowance. The entry fee is £40.00, payable by bank transfer to The Bristol & District Ladies Golf Alliance (Sort Code: 30-94-83, Account Number: 01852028), with the entrant's name as reference. Entries must be received by the closing date of 18 May 2026; no refunds after closing. Maximum 60 entries. Trolleys are available from the Professional Shop. Official practice rounds are available on Saturday afternoon (£10, payable in the Professional Shop before play); other times may be accommodated during the week - reserve by emailing clubmanager@bathgolfclub.org.uk or calling the Professional Shop on 01225 463834. Range balls can be purchased from the Professional Shop. Food is available all day. Club facilities open from 7:30am on Sunday.
