Open competition held at G8 Fuji Country Club. The event is a W-Perry (betterball) format over the front 9 holes, played as strokeplay. Each player plays their own ball, with the better score of a two-player team counting. Single players are welcome and will be paired with other single players if necessary. Maximum handicap is 36. The entry fee of 9,490 yen includes lunch, green fees, tax, and promotion fees. Prizes consist of meat products and food items; all participants receive a participation prize (food items). The event runs on December 11th with OUT/IN start times from 7:51 to 10:18. Reservations can be made online or by phone for single players.

G8 Fuji Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 championship course located in Fujiomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture, situated on the gentle slopes of the southern foothills of Mount Fuji. Designed by Hirochika Tomizawa and opened in August 1985, the facility spans 1,380,000 square meters of hilly terrain. The course is characterized by a separation of pine and cedar trees, with Bentgrass No. 1 greens providing a consistent playing surface. The total yardage from the back tees is 6,852 yards, with the front nine measuring 3,377 yards and the back nine 3,475 yards. The front nine presents a mix of long holes and technical challenges, beginning with the 504-yard first hole, a gentle dogleg right that requires precise placement to avoid right-side bunkers. The third hole, a 339-yard uphill par-4, features a two-tiered green that slopes away from the back, demanding accurate approach shots. The sixth hole, the course's lowest point at 698 meters, is a 413-yard par-4 with a massive 85-yard bunker 200 yards from the tee, favoring long hitters. The ninth hole is a 437-yard uphill par-4 where out-of-bounds lines the left side, forcing players to attack from the right. The back nine introduces significant elevation changes and water hazards. The 16th hole is the course's longest at 674 yards from the back tees, a demanding downhill par-5 that requires low, accurate shots to avoid out-of-bounds on both sides. The 17th hole is a 164-yard par-3 that plays over water, with a creek running along the right and a pond in front of the two-tiered green. The 13th hole, a 524-yard par-5, plays downhill from the tee and requires careful navigation of bunkers on the second shot. The course features a driving range with 12 bays and a practice area, and all rounds are played as self-play with fairway woods permitted under most conditions.
