Teams are made by the course attendant on duty, and pairing requests may not be granted as the event aims to help players meet new people. Each week features a different fun format chosen by the course, with gift certificate prizes awarded to winners each week. Sign-up is available anytime during the prior week, but players must call before 4:00 PM on the Monday of the event to secure a spot. No late entries are accepted. Rainchecks are not issued; in the event of cancellation due to weather, all collected money becomes part of the next week's prize pool.
