Tam Dao Challenge Day is a weekly individual golf competition held at Tam Dao Golf & Resort on Tuesdays and Fridays from 31 July to 30 September 2026. Open to all golfers (men and women), participants play 18 holes using System 36 stableford scoring. Tee boxes are set further back than usual (men from the blue tees, women from the red tees), and pin positions are challenging. Weekly prizes are awarded for Top 3 Best Net scores and 4 Nearest to the Pin shots, with results published weekly on the club's Facebook page. The event also features special cumulative prizes for Hole in One on hole 12 and Eagle on hole 4, with prizes including gold, VIP membership cards, and golf clubs. Booking is required via phone or Zalo. Standard green fees apply, which include course use, facility access, and one meal per round.

Tam Dao Golf Course is located 65 kilometers southwest of Hanoi's city center and 45 kilometers from Noi Bai International Airport, nestled within the Tam Dao mountain range. The course stretches over 7,200 yards with four tee boxes, accommodating both professional and amateur golfers. Its design incorporates natural elements including streams, lakes, and waterfalls, with strategically positioned sand bunkers creating engaging challenges throughout the round. The fairways and greens are maintained with Paspalum Sea Isle 2000 grass, ensuring consistent playing conditions year-round. The course offers considerable variety in shot selections and difficulty levels across its 18 holes. The dramatic natural landscape of the Tam Dao region provides scenic views and challenging terrain that tests golfers' skills comprehensively.
