Senior 3-man Texas Scramble competition at Cochrane Castle Golf Club on Thursday 3rd September 2026. An 18-hole team scramble (Ambrose) played from the yellow tees (measured course). All entrants must hold a current CONGU/WHS handicap and be a member of an affiliated golf club. Entrants must be over 50 years of age on the day of competition. Handicap limit of 24, proof of which may be required on the day. Green fee is £45 per team. Tee times available between 08:00 and 15:00 with 150 entries available. Entry and payment can be made via the Scottish Golf website or app, or by bank transfer. Prizes: 1st place receives three £100 vouchers, 2nd place three £75 vouchers, 3rd place three £50 vouchers, and 4th place three £25 vouchers. The restaurant will be open from 07:30 for breakfast, tea, and coffee. The competition will be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf and the local rules of Cochrane Castle Golf Club.
