Nagambie Golf Club runs a weekly ladies competition held on Wednesdays, with separate summer and winter seasons. For the majority of events, non-members are invited to join in. Assembly times are 8:15am with hit-off at 8:30am for the summer competition, and 9:15am with hit-off at 9:30am for the winter competition. Specific formats vary week to week and are detailed in the club's syllabus, which includes formats such as Stableford, Stroke Play, Par, and 4BBB (Better Ball). The 23 September 2026 event is the Vi Nolan 4BBB-Par 2nd Round/Final (own partners). Nagambie Golf Club is an 18-hole course with a par of 72. The club has been at its current location since 1996, and the development of the course at its current location allowed the club to create an all year round greens course. The club is run by volunteers and community members. Located in the beautiful Nagambie Lakes area, just over an hour from Melbourne, the course offers a friendly and casual environment for any golfer. The course features a gently undulating layout along the Hume and Goulburn Valley highways with the picturesque Strathbogie ranges in the background. The course consists of bentgrass greens. The golf club has been at its current location since 1996, with the site purchased using debenture loans from members and the wider community. The course provides practice facilities and clubhouse amenities for members and visiting golfers.
