The 15th annual Golf Charity Lions Club Lusatia & R+V Versicherungen charity tournament held at Golfanlage Ullersdorf on Saturday, 22 August 2026. The event is an 18-hole individual strokeplay competition played under Stableford scoring with a cannon start at 10:00. Open to amateur golfers who are members of a DGV-affiliated club or recognized foreign club, with a maximum handicap of 54.0 under the World Handicap System. Entry is limited to 100 participants on a first-come, first-served basis with a waiting list. Prizes: 1st-3rd net in HCPI classes A, B, and C for both ladies and gentlemen, plus Nearest to the Pin and Longest Drive special awards for ladies and gentlemen separately. The prize ceremony takes place during an evening event at the clubhouse. Entry fee is €89 per participant, which includes the tournament organization fee. Entries can be made by phone, email, via the club's intranet, or via a posted list, with a deadline of Thursday, 20 August 2026 at 12:00. Start times are communicated via SMS on Friday, 21 August from 16:00 (except for cannon start participants). The competition is played under official DGV rules including the amateur statute and WHS.

Golfanlage Ullersdorf

Golfanlage Ullersdorf is an 18-hole golf course located 12 kilometers north of Dresden's city center in Germany. The course features a par 73 layout built across 100 hectares and opened in 1996. The design incorporates the surrounding landscape, with fairways bordering the extensive Dresdner Heide forest and connecting to the Schönfelder Hochland region. The course presents challenges for both experienced and beginner golfers, characterized by lengthy holes interspersed with numerous bunkers and water hazards. The terrain takes advantage of the natural woodland setting, creating a scenic playing environment. The clubhouse, a Swedish-style timber building, offers an expansive terrace overlooking the course. The facility currently serves approximately 800 members and hosts regular tournaments and club events throughout the year. In addition to the main 18-hole course, the facility includes a driving range and a shorter par-3 course (AIS Golf Area) for practice and skill development. The club also operates a restaurant called "Zweite Heimat" and provides professional instruction through its golf school, including club fitting services.
