The maximum handicap limit is +54.0. Men and women compete together; prizes are awarded for the top 3 gross scores (combined men and women) and the top 3 net scores in HCPI class A. Entry is limited to 44 participants, with a waiting list maintained if entries exceed the limit. Registration can be made via email, the notice board in the clubhouse, or the intranet - telephone entries are not accepted. The entry fee is €20.00 for full club members of GC Ullersdorf e.V. (including second-membership holders at GC Possendorf), €15.00 for youth members (up to 18 years), and €50.00 for guests, second-members, and other eligible players. Deutsche Bank customers may receive a reduced entry fee of €1.00 (proof required at the clubhouse). The registration deadline is Tuesday 25 August 2026 at 12:00. Late cancellations or no-shows after the deadline will incur the full entry fee. Start times can be inquired from Wednesday 26 August 2026 at 16:00 via the clubhouse or online. The prize-giving takes place in the clubhouse after the last player finishes. The competition is played under the official Golf Rules (including Amateur Status) of the Deutscher Golf Verband e.V., using the World Handicap System, and subject to the course rules of Golfanlage Ullersdorf.
