The Academy Tour is a Texas Scramble competition designed for beginner golfers experiencing their first golf match. Players compete in teams of four on the Par 3/4 course, with teams formed from individual registrations to ensure balanced strength distribution. The event welcomes beginners with handicaps up to 36, and non-golfers are allowed (maximum one non-golfer per team). The day begins with registration and welcome at reception from 14:45, followed by a shotgun start on the Par 3/4 course at 15:30. After play, participants are invited to a social gathering with drinks at Brasserie Roest from 17:15, with prize giving at 17:45. The entry fee is €37.50 per person for non-round-card holders, which includes a 9-hole round, a bottle of water on the course, a drink (soft drink, draft beer, or house wine), and three bitters. Round card holders pay €10.00 plus one round card token. Entries close on Wednesday 25 November 2026, and the start list is sent out on Thursday 26 November.
