Academy Tour is a beginner-friendly team scramble designed for new golfers who want to gain course experience and make golfing friends. Teams of up to four players (with at most one non-golfer) play a Texas Scramble on the Par 3/4 course; the club forms teams from individual entries and distributes them by strength so that teams are as evenly matched as possible. Scoring is based on total team strokes, and only fully completed scorecards count. There is a prize for the day's winning team. The day runs from 14:15 (reception and registration), with a shotgun start on the Par 3/4 course from 15:00, a drinks reception in Brasserie Roest from 17:00, and prize-giving from 17:15. The entry fee for non-members is EUR 37.50 per person, which includes a 9-hole round, a bottle of water for the course, a drink (soft drink, tap beer, or house wine) and three bitters in Brasserie Roest. Round-card holders pay EUR 10.00 plus one round-card tick. Handicaps from beginner up to a maximum of 36 are welcome. Entries close on Wednesday 28 October 2026, and the start list is sent on Thursday 29 October 2026.
