The Academy Tour is a golf competition designed for beginner golfers who want to gain experience on the course and make new golfing friends. Participants play a Texas Scramble format on the Par 3/4 course, with teams of up to four players (including at most one non-golfer). Teams can be registered as a group or individually, with the club forming teams from individual entries. Teams are distributed by strength to ensure balanced competition. The event includes reception and registration from 14:45, shotgun start from 15:30, a post-round drinks reception at Brasserie Roest from 17:15, and prize-giving from 17:45. The entry fee for non-members is €37.50 per person, which includes a 9-hole round, a bottle of water for the course, a drink (soft drink, tap beer, or house wine), and three bitters. Members with a round card pay €10.00 plus one round card tick. Maximum handicap is 36. Entries close on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, and the start list is sent on Thursday, October 29.
