Padre Jardim Tournament

The Padre Jardim Tournament is a four-ball stableford competition played over 18 holes at Oporto Golf Club on 5 September 2026. The event is open to players from all clubs affiliated with the Portuguese Golf Federation (FPG) as well as foreign affiliates, provided they hold a valid handicap certificate issued within one month of the event date. The format is pairs (four-ball stableford), with each player's playing handicap calculated at 75% of their course handicap. The maximum handicap index allowed is 24 for both men and ladies. The entry fee is €40, which includes lunch. The tournament will be played as a shotgun start, with men teeing off from the white marks and ladies from the red marks. In the event of a tie, the resolution proceeds by counting back the last 9, 6, 3, and finally the last hole; if still tied, the pair with the lower playing handicap wins, or a draw is made if necessary.
