The Seniors Open - Alex Harkes Trophy is a Stableford competition for amateur male golfers aged 55 and over on 12 July 2027, held at Longniddry Golf Course from the Yellow tees. The event is open to all amateur male golfers with current handicaps who are members of recognised clubs. A 95% handicap allowance is applied. Prizes are awarded in two age groups (55-64 and 65+). Handicap prizes range from £150 for 1st place down to £50 for 6th place. An additional £50 is awarded for the best overall handicap score (Alex Harkes Trophy) and £50 for the best scratch score overall. The entry fee is £40.00. Entries open online on 5 July 2027.
