Friday Night Couples is a weekly pairs competition held at Southern Hills Golf Club in Hastings, NE. The event takes place on Friday evenings from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Couples compete over the front 9 and back 9 with prizes awarded for top places and hole-specific contests (longest drive, closest to pin, longest putt, etc.). Winners receive club credit prizes. The event is open to visitors and non-members; tee times can be booked online via the club's booking system. Green fees apply for non-members (9-hole: $42, 18-hole: $60). Cart rental is $20 for 9 holes and $25 for 18 holes. The competition uses a stableford-style scoring system where net scores determine winners, with tiebreakers used when necessary.
