The Senior Wednesday Scramble is a weekly 2-person scramble golf league for seniors aged 50 and over, held at Country Lake Golf Club in Warrenton, MO. The event takes place every Wednesday morning with an 8:00 am shotgun start (later start times from November to March). No advance registration is required; groups check in at the pro shop starting at 6:30 am on the day of the event. One paid player per group can sign up their team. The entry fee is $38.00 per person, which includes the green fee and cart for 18 holes, coffee and donuts, and contributes to cash prizes for flight winners. An optional skins game ($2.00 per person) and closest-to-the-pin contest ($1.00 per person) are available. Players are asked to register their contact information with the club. The field is flighted based on the number of teams participating, with ties broken by a scorecard playoff starting on the hardest handicap hole. Cash prizes are paid out the following week. Visitors are welcome to join; if a player does not have a partner, the club will attempt to pair them with someone.
