Weekly Senior Wednesday Scramble league held at Country Lake Golf Club. Open to all seniors aged 50 and older. Format is a 2-person scramble played on Wednesday mornings with an 8:00 am shotgun start (later start times from November to March). No advance registration required; check-in begins at 6:30 am on the day of the event. One paid player per group can sign up their twosome or foursome. Entry fee is $38.00 per event, which includes the green fee and cart for 18 holes, $1.00 for coffee and donuts, and $4.00 contributes to cash prizes for flight winners. Optional skins ($2.00 per person) and closest to the pin ($1.00) are available. The field is flighted, and winners are determined based on the number of teams participating. Ties are resolved by a scorecard playoff starting on the hardest handicap hole, then the second hardest, etc. Cash prizes for flight winners are paid out the following week. Players are encouraged to register contact information on file. If a player does not have a partner, the club will attempt to pair them with someone.
