The Senior Wednesday Scramble is a weekly golf league held at Country Lake Golf Club in Warrenton, MO, open to all seniors aged 50 and over. The event is a scramble format, primarily described as a 2-person scramble, but groups of up to four players (foursomes) are also accepted. If a player does not have a partner, the club will attempt to pair them. The event starts with a shotgun start at 8:00 am on Wednesday mornings (with later start times from November to March). No advance registration is required; check-in begins at 6:30 am on the day of the event. The entry fee is $38.00 per person, which includes the greens fee and cart for 18 holes. A portion of the fee supports coffee and donuts and cash prizes for flight winners. The field is flighted, and winners are determined within each flight. Ties are broken by a scorecard playoff starting on the hardest handicap hole. Cash prizes are paid out the following week.
