The Stroke Play Tournament Series 2026 is a series of five individual strokeplay competitions held at Golf-Club Hohenstaufen. Each tournament is played over 18 holes as an individual countback (Zählspiel) under the Official Golf Rules (including the Amateur Status) of the DGV e.V., the competition conditions of the BWGV (Baden-Württemberg Golf Verbund), and the course rules of the host club. Handicaps are allocated according to the EGA system. The event is handicap-relevant. Eligible players are all active members of Golf-Club Hohenstaufen and members of clubs affiliated with the DGV (Deutscher Golf Verband). The maximum handicap index allowed is 36. The minimum number of participants required is 20. Entry is available via the Albatros Mobile App, www.golf.de, telephone, email, or in-person at the clubhouse. The entry fee is €20 for GCH members, €10 for youth (up to 18 years), and €65 for guests (including greenfee and round refreshments). Payment is cash only. Guests are warmly welcome. Prizes are awarded for the top three gross scores (ladies and men combined) and the top three net scores in each category. The series is supported by Allianz Generalvertretung Göppingen (Denis Berger & Jochen Weiler). Registration deadline is typically noon on the day before the tournament; late entries are not accepted. The maximum field size is 96 players, with priority given to earlier registration dates.
