MAKITA 9 is a 9-hole Stableford competition held at Golfclub Radstadt as part of the ÖGV (Austrian Golf Union) tournament series. The event takes place every Wednesday during the season, with play starting at 16:00. It is open to all amateur golfers who are members of a golf club affiliated with the ÖGV or an ÖGV-recognized foreign national association, and who hold a World Handicap Index (WHI) of maximum 54. Entry is available online or at the GC Radstadt secretariat by 11:00 on the day of the tournament. The entry fee is €13 plus greenfee for adults, and €7 plus greenfee for children and youth born in 2008 or later. Ladies play from the red tees, men from the yellow tees, and players under 12 from the red tees. Results from Austrian club main members are included in the ÖGV ranking. The competition is played under official R&A Rules, ÖGV handicap rules, and ÖGV competition regulations for club tournaments.

GC Radstadt is an 18-hole championship course with a 9-hole Par 3 academy course located in the Tauern region of Austria. The signature feature is the world-unique Birdie-Jet golf gondola, which transports players from the 11th green to the 12th tee.
