Spark Golf Thursday League

The Spark Golf Thursday League is a 9-hole social golf league held at Deep Cliff Golf Course in Cupertino, CA. The league runs every Thursday from late March through early September 2026, with rounds starting at approximately 4:59 pm. Each round costs $40 per player (walking only). Players can join as individuals or as 2-person teams. The team game uses a net best ball format where each player plays their own ball and the better of the two net scores counts per hole. An individual net score game also runs concurrently. Handicaps are provided through the Spark Golf system — no existing handicap is necessary. Players enter scores via the Spark Golf app, which calculates net scores based on assigned Spark strokes. The maximum score per hole is displayed in the app to maintain pace of play. Skins are available each round, awarded to the individual with the lowest non-tied net score on a hole. Registration is available online through the Spark Golf website or app, with each round limited to 12 players. Registration typically closes at noon the day before the round.
