The program includes a Friday 4-Ball Better Ball warm-up (9 or 18 holes), a Saturday Men's and Women's 18-hole Handicap strokeplay competition (with the five best gross scores after Saturday's play invited to compete in a four-hole Skins playoff before dinner), and a Sunday Men's and Women's Stableford shotgun start. Entry fees are $10 per player for Friday (GST inclusive), $35 for Saturday events (GST inclusive), and $35 for Sunday (Barmera members $20, GST inclusive). A Saturday night dinner is available for $50 (GST inclusive). Maximum handicaps are 36 for men and 45 for women. Competitors must hold a current GA Handicap and GA Golf ID number. Entries are accepted online via electronic transfer, with a deadline of Monday 2nd November 2026. First 130 entries only will be accepted. Trophies are awarded for winners and runners-up in all events, with major trophies determined by net scores and trophy pool values based on player entries.
