Mallow Golf Club Men's Wednesday Open Competition, an 18-hole Stableford competition played from the white markers. The event is open to all golfers including visitors and non-members. Prizes are awarded in three handicap categories: Category 1 for handicaps up to 12.2 (best gross score prize), Category 2 for handicaps 12.3 to 18.6, and Category 3 for handicaps 18.7 and upwards. A Best Visitor prize is also awarded. Prize vouchers are available in the Pro Shop from the Wednesday following the competition. Entry is via online booking through the club's tee booking system. Visitors are advised to pre-book tee times to avoid disappointment. On arrival, players must check in at the Professional Shop to pay their green fee or at the Office if alternative payment arrangements have been confirmed. The club is located in Ballyellis, Mallow, Co. Cork and is a par 72 parkland course.
