Mallow Golf Club runs a series of weekly Open Competitions open to all visiting golfers. The event on 12 August 2026 is one of these regular open competitions. Visitors are welcome and pre-booking is advisable. The club is a traditional parkland course in Ballyellis, Mallow, Co. Cork, recognised as a great test of golf for all levels. Mallow Golf Club welcomes individual visitors, societies, groups, and members in a friendly, welcoming environment. The course features competitive play through various handicap tables for both men and women across 18 holes, front 9, and back 9 divisions, indicating a well-structured layout designed to accommodate golfers of varying abilities.
