Mallow Golf Club runs a regular series of Open Singles competitions throughout the season, typically held on Wednesdays and Fridays. These are individual strokeplay events open to visiting golfers. Visitors are welcome and pre-booking is advisable. Green fees apply for visitors. The club is a traditional parkland course in Mallow, Co. Cork, recognised as one of Munster's top visitor destinations. Entry is open to all amateur golfers holding an official handicap from an affiliated club.
