Shotgun Tournament held at The Timbers at Troy Golf Course in Elkridge, MD. This is a recurring public golf event open to all golfers. The September 14, 2026 event runs from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. Note: No early bird rounds; afternoon play only. The Timbers at Troy is a public course with no membership requirements. Tee times can be booked online or by calling the golf shop. Golf carts are required (max 2 riders per cart). Standard dress code applies (collared shirts, Bermuda-length shorts). Pace of play expected within 4.5 hours.

The course underwent a significant renovation during winter 2016-2017, which included installation of new state-of-the-art Billy Bunker sand traps, updated irrigation systems, and new cart paths, along with clubhouse improvements. The bentgrass conditioning extends from tee to green, providing consistent playing conditions. The Timbers at Troy is recognized as Howard County's premier public golf facility and accommodates various golf programs including leagues, instruction, and organized outings. The facility also features a practice area and on-site grill restaurant for post-round dining.
