The Timbers At Troy

The Timbers at Troy is a public golf course located in Elkridge, Maryland, offering a premier playing experience in Howard County. The course features rolling hills, mature trees, and meandering streams throughout the layout, with bentgrass fairways and greens complemented by spectacular bunkering. The course is designed to challenge golfers of all skill levels while showcasing the natural beauty of the Greater Baltimore region's countryside setting.

The course underwent a significant renovation during winter 2016-2017, which included installation of new state-of-the-art Billy Bunker sand traps, updated irrigation systems, and new cart paths, along with clubhouse improvements. The bentgrass conditioning extends from tee to green, providing consistent playing conditions. The Timbers at Troy is recognized as Howard County's premier public golf facility and accommodates various golf programs including leagues, instruction, and organized outings. The facility also features a practice area and on-site grill restaurant for post-round dining.
