The October Birthday Competition is a 9-hole individual stableford event held at Kamakura Country Club on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. The competition uses the New Peria scoring system with a double par cut and a maximum handicap of 36. In the event of a tie on net score, the higher handicap player wins. Players may place their ball up to 6 inches in the general area and use a single grip on the green. Men play from the white tees and women from the red tees. The entry fee is 3,300 yen (tax included), which includes a lunch subsidy of 1,500 yen (2nd floor lunch menu only) and a dessert set. Scores must be entered via Cart Nav, with any corrections requested at the master room after the 18th hole. Prizes are awarded to all participants, places 1st through 10th, men's and women's best gross, and a long drive prize. Members in the birthday month may reserve one group starting three months prior to the event date, and general reservations (up to two players) open two months prior. Please call the reservation center at 0467-43-1716 to book. There is no post-round party; after completing the round, players receive their scorecards and dessert set at the 2nd floor restaurant for casual socializing. Members born in October receive a special gift.
