The Alice Springs Veteran Golfers' Club (nicknamed 'the Dinosaurs') holds a weekly 9-hole Stableford competition every Tuesday afternoon between 2:30pm and 4:00pm at Alice Springs Golf Club. This is a combined competition with local members of the NT Senior Women's Golf Association. Male visitors aged 55 and over, and female visitors aged 50 and over, are welcome to attend on payment of green fees. Handicaps are determined by the Dinosaur Captain and accrue in a similar fashion to WAGS (Wednesday Afternoon Golf Society) handicaps. For enquiries, contact the Golf Shop on 08 8952 6575.
