GC Salzkammergut Cup

The GC Salzkammergut Cup is an individual Stableford competition held at Golfclub Salzkammergut in Bad Ischl on Sunday, July 26, 2026. The event is open to both members and guests (visitors), with a maximum field size of 120 players. The handicap limit is 54 (WHI). Online entry is available for both members and guests from May 22, 2026 at 10:00 until July 26, 2026 at 12:00. The entry fee is €15 for members and €60 for guests. To participate in the overall GC Salzkammergut Cup series ranking, a one-time fee of €50 must be paid upon first participation. The tournament consists of one round and is handicap-relevant. Players must book a tee time online and register for the tournament separately. Scorecards are collected at the secretariat. Prize vouchers from Golf House are awarded to the top three gross finishers overall and the top three net finishers in each of the three handicap groups (WHI 0-16.4, 16.5-28.4, 28.5-54). A separate Masters classification is available for players born in 1961 or earlier, with prizes for the top gross and top three net finishers. Players in the Masters category must choose whether to compete in the general or Masters classification before their first tournament and cannot switch during the season. Tee assignments vary by group: ladies play from blue (Group 1) or red (Groups 2 & 3); gentlemen play from white (Group 1) or yellow (Groups 2 & 3); Masters ladies play from red; Masters gentlemen play from yellow. The event is played under official Golf Rules, ÖGV handicap rules, and club competition regulations.
