GC Salzkammergut Cup

The GC Salzkammergut Cup is an individual Stableford competition held at Golfclub Salzkammergut in Bad Ischl. The event is open to amateur golfers with a membership at an ÖGV-affiliated or foreign national golf association club, with a maximum handicap of 54.0 (WHI). The competition is played over 18 holes under the official Rules of Golf, ÖGV handicap rules, and the club's playing rules. Players are divided into three handicap groups: Group 1 (WHI 0–16.4), Group 2 (WHI 16.5–28.4), and Group 3 (WHI 28.5–54). A separate Masters Senior category is available for players born in 1961 or earlier, competing in Group 1 (WHI 0–54). Entry is available online via golf.at, by email to office@salzkammergut-golf.at, or by phone at +43 6132 26340. Preferred tee times can be requested (minimum 2 players). The entry fee is €15 for club members and Golf Unlimited participants, €60 for guests, and a one-time €50 fee applies for the overall classification entry. Prizes consist of Golf House vouchers for the top three gross and net scorers in each group, as well as for the Masters Senior category. The tournament is handicap-relevant under the WHI system.
