GC Salzkammergut Cup

GC Salzkammergut Cup is an individual Stableford competition played over 18 holes at Golfclub Salzkammergut in Bad Ischl on 29 July 2026. The event is open to amateur golfers affiliated with the Austrian Golf Federation (ÖGV) or any foreign national golf association, with a maximum World Handicap Index (WHI) of 54. Entry is available online via the ÖGV website, by email to office@salzkammergut-golf.at, or by phone at +43 6132 26340. Members and Golf Unlimited participants pay €15, while guests pay €60. A one-time fee of €50 applies for entry into the overall classification. The field is limited to 120 participants, with an entry deadline of 29 July 2026 at 12:00. Tee times may be booked online (minimum 2 players per tee time); blocking tee times is not permitted. Players compete in three general handicap groups (WHI 0–16.4, 16.5–28.4, 28.5–54) with separate tee placements for men and women. A Masters division is available for players born in 1961 or earlier, with separate Senior Women and Senior Men categories. Prizes consist of Golf House gift vouchers for top finishers in each group (top 3 gross and top 3 net per group). The season concludes with a final event around 20 September 2026 featuring a shared meal and prize ceremony. The event is run by Karl Saller jun., Florian Pöllmann, and Dominik Kubisch. Scorecards must be collected at the club secretariat.
